Overview

A structured, supportive space for women to understand how stress and trauma show up in the brain, body and emotions, and to practice tools for healing.

The Women’s Resiliency Psychoeducation Group is a 6-week group designed for women who want to better understand how stress and trauma affect their brain, body and emotions and to learn practical tools for healing. In a supportive, structured setting, participants are invited to gently build knowledge, skills and confidence at their own pace.

What Happens in Group
Each session includes education, guided discussion and experiential practice. Together, the group explores the stress response, emotional awareness, grounding techniques, self-care strategies and personal strengths, with a focus on emotional regulation, empowerment and healthier responses to adversity.
What You’ll Take Away
By the end of the group, participants will have increased self-understanding, a set of evidence-informed coping tools and a personalized resilience plan they can continue to use well beyond the program.
