A structured, supportive space for women to understand how stress and trauma show up in the brain, body and emotions, and to practice tools for healing.
The Women’s Resiliency Psychoeducation Group is a 6-week group designed for women who want to better understand how stress and trauma affect their brain, body and emotions and to learn practical tools for healing. In a supportive, structured setting, participants are invited to gently build knowledge, skills and confidence at their own pace.
