This group may be a good fit if you:
- Have experienced domestic violence and are no longer in active crisis.
- Are rebuilding routines, relationships and a sense of self after abuse.
- Still experience triggers, stress or worry related to what you went through.
- Want a structured space to talk about growth, setbacks and next steps.
- Prefer support that is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental and consistent.
You do not need previous group experience. You are welcome to come as you are and to participate at the pace that feels right for you.
