Overview

A warm, supportive space to explore how you relate to yourself and others, and to practice skills you can use in everyday life.

Foundations of Healthy Relationships is an 8-week psychoeducational group for 10–15 participants who want to build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Each weekly session blends education, reflection and simple, practical activities. Together, we explore communication, boundaries, trust and the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns, through a lens of self-discovery, curiosity and care.

What to Expect
Each session includes time for learning, guided reflection and skills practice in a supportive environment. You are invited to move at your own pace and to bring questions and real-life experiences into the room if and when that feels comfortable.
Where We Meet
The group meets in person at the Vera House offices. Registration is required before attending, so we can confirm your spot, share details about the group and help you feel prepared for your first session.
