- Notice trauma responses, anxiety or big emotions that feel hard to handle alone.
- Want practical tools you can use at school, work, home or in relationships.
- Prefer a structured, skills-focused group rather than an open processing group.
- Are open to trying short exercises and reflecting on what does and doesn’t work for you.
You do not need any prior group experience. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are and engage at the pace that feels comfortable.
