&
The
National Council
of Negro Women
join forces to create a wonderful
gift-wrapping program in Central New York
|
|
With the support of Carousel Center, "Wrapsody"
has realized
thousands of dollars for these three
not-for-profit agencies!
|
|
It takes many hundreds of volunteers to make this
project a success.
In the fall of 2007 we will begin seeking volunteers
to participate.
Here's how it works . . .
|
|
|
|
◊
There
are two wrapping stations, one at each end
of Carousel Center |
◊
Wrapsody volunteers wrap gifts from the day after
Thanksgiving until 3:00PM Christmas Eve
|
|
◊
Support is provided by agency staff throughout
the day
|
◊
Typically there are four people at each station
wrapping gifts in 4-hour shifts |
|
This
is a great way to get your friends, family
& co-workers involved in a group volunteer effort
during the holiday season! |
