Just as with other charitable gifts to Vera House,
planned gifts may be established through a variety of
options, including:

of either a specific sum
of money or other asset.

Gift Annuity . . .
of cash or appreciated
securities. This type of gift offers a special
advantage because a substantial portion of the
guaranteed income you receive is tax-free.

Life Income Plan . . .
such as a charitable
remainder trust. This option provides that the trustee
hold and invest a principal amount, and pay an income
amount to a named beneficiary for life or a term of
years. After that, the remainder is distributed to
Vera House.
