Vera House is a comprehensive domestic and sexual violence service agency providing shelter, advocacy, and counseling services for women, children & men, education and prevention programs and community coordination.
Our programs and services include a 24-hour crisis & support line, Advocacy Program, Alternatives to Domestic Violence Program, Community/Youth Education Program, Emergency Shelter, Envisioning Change & Healthy Options for Families (ECHO), New Directions Rape Crisis & Sexual Assault Services, Pet Foster Care Program, the Syracuse Area Domestic & Sexual Violence Coalition, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program, Volunteer Program, and Youth Counseling Services.
