New Directions: Rape Crisis & Sexual Assault Services

Our rape crisis & sexual assault program provides a range of services to victims women, men, teens & children with a unique level of commitment to confidentiality & compassion.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

• 24-hour crisis & support line: 315-422-7273 - a trained advocate is always available to listen, and offer information, referrals and/or promptly schedule a crisis appointment with one of our therapists
• 24-hour crisis response: face-to-face, confidential crisis-intervention at area hospitals, including the services of our S.A.N.E. program (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) a specially trained team of nurses who provide timely and compassionate care for victims of rape or sexual abuse
• Specialized professional counseling: our team of highly-trained and experienced professional therapists are available for short-term or long-term individual counseling with sessions offered throughout regular business hours as well as early morning and evening appointments
• Support and counseling groups: day and evening groups offered for survivors of rape and sexual abuse, including groups for adult women, adult men, adolescents and children as young as pre-school
