Envisioning Change and Healthy Options for Families (ECHO)

Envisioning Change and Healthy Options for Families (ECHO) is designed to help families prevent out of home placement or to shorten the placement of an adolescent adjudicated as a Juvenile Delinquent or a Person in Need of Supervision (PINS).
