During the month of April,
the Clothesline Project presented large displays at
Onondaga Community College, Great Northern Mall, and
for the first time, an outdoor display in Clinton
Square in downtown Syracuse. Each locally made
shirt in the display bears witness to a personal experience of
sexual violence - courageously created & shared by
survivors, their family and friends.
Our sincere thanks to
all the volunteers and participants
who contributed tirelessly to this year's project,
and
to WSTM and News10 Now for their wonderful coverage
of
Clothesline 2009.
