SUPPORT VERA HOUSE FOUNDATION'S LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY CAMPAIGN: “HELP HOPE HAPPEN: STAND UP FOR COMPASSION”
There is sadly no finish line for the work of Vera House.  There will be more women, children and men to come behind those who are in crisis today. Current economic conditions also necessitate that we be prepared for the future, and this program will ensure that the important work of Vera House will continue for years to come. 

Please embrace our vision: a world in which domestic violence and sexual assault no longer exist; where every person is honored and respected in their relationships; and every child can trust the adults in their life to keep them safe.  Stand up for Compassion.  With your support, we can “Help Hope Happen”.

BUILD A LEGACY OF SUPPORT
You can share your passion for Vera House with future generations by naming Vera House in your will or otherwise including our agency in your estate plans. Just as with other charitable gifts to Vera House, planned gifts may be established through a variety of options including the following:

• BEQUEST—of either a specific sum of money or other asset.
• GIFT ANNUITY—of cash or appreciated securities. Offers a special advantage because a substantial portion of the guaranteed income you receive is tax-free.
• LIFE INCOME PLAN—such as a charitable remainder trust. Provides that the trustee hold and invest a principal amount and pay an income amount to a named beneficiary for life or a term of years. After that, the remainder is distributed to Vera House.

The Faye Panasci Children's Fund was established by the Panasci family in 1997 to support Vera House children's services, including . . .

• youth counseling program for children who have experienced sexual abuse or domestic violence
• counseling and support for children staying at our emergency shelters
• school-based education and prevention programs
