leadership training program that motivates young people to play a central role in solving problems that historically have been considered "women's issues" - sexual assault, dating violence, and sexual harassment

utilizes a unique upstander approach to prevention by viewing youth as empowered bystanders who can stand up to abusing peers, not as potential victims or perpetrators

explores what it means to be a "Leader" and an "Empowered Bystander" followed by 5 content modules: Gender Roles, Types of Abuse, Alcohol & Consent, Sexual Harassment and Homophobia
